I see several messages posted on premium family plan users. None really explain how more than one user can access the family plan account at the same time. I have the premium family plan and I can be away in another state listening to one station or album and my wife tries to log in (under her own account linked to the family plan via invite) and is notified that another user is listening. Thus, limiting the plan to only 1 user at a time. I’d love to actually have a phone conversation with someone in customer support about this so nothing is lost in virtual translation. But this platform doesn’t have that feature. Support, please help me with this.
