When this issue occurs:
Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and Resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue Listening?
App is still open but crashes and relaunches to a new song when I goto it. The play button in the quick settings is unresponsive.
Is there an error message?

If so, what does it say? Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, Or podcast?
Usually a station but happens with all
Are you connected to wi-fi or cellular data?
Again happens under bith circumstances, full bars, no packet loss, multiple Locations and networks
If using wi-fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-fi off?

Are you using a bluetooth connection?
