I am having this same problem that just started in the last 2 weeks.  I have tried adding different URLs to whitelist Pandora, but to no avail.  As you can see from the screenshots, the AdBlock is green, meaning that it is not running on the site, yet I still get the popup about every 30 minutes.  Before, I could listen for hours before I received a popup asking if I was still listening.  This is very frustrating.
