Same, upgraded my free subscription to Pandora from T-Mobile App to PANDORA PREMIUM, my account settings show it is still the basic subscription. Called T-Mobile, they can't do more, T-Mobile representative called PANDORA, requested to add me to the call, PANDORA representative declined and told her to tell me to call, but declined giving her a phone number so, PANDORA is ghosting me and in 6/15/2025 I will be charged monthly without the 4 months paid for by T-Mobile
