Same issue here. I am located in the Sacramento area. I have a Samsung smart TV. I have wired DirecTV, and this problem just started happening about a week or two ago. It is not a Wi-Fi issue, as my phone will play Pandora just fine on my home's network.
DirecTV equipment:
Receiver: HR44-200
Receiver C51-100
This started fairly recently, within the last 2 weeks. And it is only happening on my Samsung Smart TV. I will put on Pandora to a channel I want to listen to and when the song gets to about a minute to a minute 30 it skips to the next song. There is no error message there is nothing just skipping to the next song. It is incredibly irritating.
I am located in the Sacramento area. I have wired DirecTV. when I use Pandora on my Android phone there is not a problem and all channels play without issue. It is through the DirecTV app that this is happening.
I see that this has been an issue several times in the past through pandora. It would be lovely if you could fix this glitch.
