I'm not sure how it worked-- I'm a low tech old guy. But all I did was: go to Settings, then Device Mgt, then Info&Test, then hit Run System Test. It takes a few min. to run the test, but upon completion, I got back in to Pandora & it worked fine-- no song skipping. Amen! After 2 months with no help at all from the horrible DirecTV!!!
