Yes, you would think that the 2 large companies could put a few of their techies together & fix this within a couple of days, not months! Both are a disappointment, but DirecTV has terrible customer service and the price keeps increasing! You may need a new DVR. Good luck

I'm not sure how it worked-- I'm a low tech old guy. But all I did was: go to Settings, then Device Mgt, then Info&Test, then hit Run System Test. It takes a few min. to run the test, but upon completion, I got back in to Pandora & it worked fine-- no song skipping. Amen! After 2 months with no help at all from the horrible DirecTV!!! Yes, Pandora is fine on other devices and probably on other satellite or cable TV providers. The problem seems to be solely with DirecTV.

This nonsense has been going on for 2+ months. How clueless can DirecTV possibly be? So disappointed in them after being a subscriber for 12 years. I'm thinking about flushing DirecTv. And don't even talk to me about their "customer service"-- idiots who just read from a script in very poor English. How many more months until they fix this problem?

No-- I have a 3 year old LG-- same problem! DirecTV just **ahem**, with ever increasing prices & poor customer service. AND, they dropped America Online last year. I'm thinking about cancelling.
