Common Data: * Model: Moto G Power * Carrier: Unlocked. Verizon SIM * Android version: 11 * Build number: RPMS31.Q1-54-13-11 * Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): * Pandora version: 2501.1 & 2503.1 * Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Both, and none. Limited songs in offline playback Yesterday (Monday) the phone only had maybe four songs available while offline. On the prior Friday this was not an issue. I could see that the application claimed four playlists were synced for offline. I'm reasonably certain I was running release 2501.1 when this occurred because I remember updating the app after this issue occurred. Updating to 2503.1 did not rectify the issue. I had to delete all app data before it would finally sync offline tracks correctly. I verified by disabling all network connectivity. Un- commanded Playback: * Pandora version: 2503.1 The app was open but music paused prior to locking phone and placing on a stationary desktop. Left undisturbed for some random amount of time. I've had it start playing in the middle of the night. Other times it may be as soon as thirty minutes before a random track starts playing. I have uninstalled the app. Re-installed the app. No change Application closes out. * Pandora version: 2503.1 App is open. Pause a track. Set phone down and it will auto lock per the security policy time line. I can press the power button and see the app is still running and I could resume the track from the lock screen if I wanted to. Set phone back down allowing it to lock again per the security policy. This time leave it for 5 minutes. Pick the phone up. This time Pandora is gone from the lock screen. When I unlock the phone Pandora initiates a full application launch (black screen until the Pandora app is loaded and rendered onto the screen). The app did not behave this way before. I did look into any power settings that would disable the app. I did not locate any such settings or conditions.
