I called Directv last week to resolve the issue, they said there was no way to resolve this but they would open a ticket with their engineering team. I read another customer's complaint with same issue. And a Pandora rep basically said the same thing. I'm wondering, given that this issue has been unresolved for weeks on end, how long should I expect this to continue? It's not a good look for a serious app issue to continue for so long when engineering departments from 2 major companies say they are working on it.
