I'm about to give up. I canceled on iTunes a week ago. It says it's canceled. I go to Pandora on my PC (where I want to sign up, not iTunes!), it says it can't do anything because I'm on iTunes. I'm trying to switch from Premium to Premium Family. I went to the help page, and all I get is a chat bot, that is useless.
So I'm cancelled, as per your instructions. Happy? Let me know if you ever want a longtime Premium paying customer back, who wants Premium Family!
