I'm having a problem purchasing a gift subscription. It seems to go okay until the end and then the screen gets stuck on "Select <>". The problem is that it still billed my credit card, now twice. Neither time did I or the recipient receive an email about the gift. Support is saying they see no such transaction after I supplied all the details. Here's my case #05491543. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
