I uninstalled the app a while back because I was having issues with it. I have been trying to reinstall it but I won't. When I press the install button, it starts the process but after a second or so it stops. When I click on the pandora icon. It gives me an error message saying to make sure I am on wifi to download but I have been on wifi so I am a little stumped.
