Same issue here.  Windows PC, Desktop app. I was having this problem on Windows 10, I upgraded to windows 11 recently, and it still persists. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, no change. to note:  this issue hasn't happened to me on EVERY restart or boot, sometimes it works as intended... most of the time it doesn't.  When re-logging in it also resets the volume to 50% from wherever it was previously. ...
