In January of 2019, I was dating a woman and for her birthday I decided to get her a Pandora subscription. So I used her phone, and on her Pandora account I entered my credit card number in so it would charge me, since it was a gift. Well we've since ended that relationship and I am still being charged each month. I've asked her to cancel my card on her account and was just ignored (it wasn't a good breakup obviously). So I have no cooperation from her in regards to this. I thought getting a new credit card would do the trick but my credit card company evidently updates recurring subscriptions with the new numbers when you get a new card. I've talked to them and am told I have to cancel the service with Pandora. The problem is, it's her Pandora account, not mine, so when I try to get my credit card info removed from her account, I can't get anywhere because I don't have enough info (last time I tried I didn't know a correct zip code from where she lived when she opened her Pandora account). There has to be a way to fix this problem, does anyone here have a solution? I'm getting to the point where I think canceling my credit card will be the only way to stop it, which I do not want to do. Thanks for any help!
