@AdamPandora Multiple instances on a different station (Jp). These were a bit more spaced out but still seems odd that the algorithm chose the same song so soon. All these occurred on 10/21/25, all times are CST. Device: Google Pixel 8a 1+2 occurred while connected to a vehicle through Android Auto, in case that's relevant. 1) 4:45 PM - Michi Wo Yuke by Ryokuoushoku Shakai - Last played 12 songs ago 2) 5:03 PM - FightSong by Eve - last played 13 songs ago 3) 5:32 PM - Coffee & Marshmallow by Ryokuoushoku Shakai - last played 16 songs ago

Hello, I'm having an issue where some songs are being played really frequently, and even back to back. The screens to my devices have been turned off when this has happened, so it's not an accidental hit of the "repeat" button. It's also not a case of a live recording, remix, or alternate version being played - it's the exact same song being repeated The times I've noticed it, it's been on a station I've created called "It's Electric". Instance 1) Swamp Thing by Pegboard Nerds. Played once, then again less than five songs later, it was played back to back/twice this time. Instance 2) STEREO by Tokyo Machine. Played once, two different songs played, and then STEREO played again. Both times I was using Android devices, but once was with a Samsung tablet, and the other was a Pixel phone. The app appears to be up to date on both devices. I know I could go in and hit 'I'm tired of this song', but I'm pretty sure that blocks it from playing for days/weeks, and that's not exactly what I want. I just don't want songs to repeat like that without my input. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this, or why it's happening? Thank you!

@AdamPandora Nope, not fixed. I tried to add the artist, and both songs and I can't add any of them to my station. I tried again to add just by hitting 'add variety' on the station page, and by editing the station and then adding variety. Both ways still make it pop up with the "we're having unexpected technical difficulties" when I first open the search for songs/artists as well. I can add some other artists and songs, but this artist and songs are a couple of many I've run into that don't seem to work but are clearly in Pandora's catalog.

@AdamPandora This isn't limited to one artist or song, but the one that bothers me the most is an artist "tuki." and their songs "guilty" and "ひゅるりらぱっぱ - HYURURIRAPAPPA". This artist also has multiple entries that need to be combined. The "We're having unexpected technical difficulties" often pops up before even attempting to enter any song or artist, and you have to close that window/popup to try to enter anything, leading me to believe this isn't just a single artist or song that is the root cause of this issue. There's also lots of times you go to modify/edit a station, and suddenly you can no longer see the seeds/variety that created the station or thumbs up/down songs.

I've been having this "We're having unexpected technical difficulties" thing happening with my stations as well, and I can't find a workaround. I've tried on both my tablet and phone (both are Android), tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and clearing cache and storage. I've also tried multiple ways to add artists/songs - adding variety from the station page, and also editing the station and then adding variety (this makes it so you can't save the station). This problem occurs with many artists, songs, and stations. I'm really not sure how to fix it anymore. I've also reached out to support before and they had no suggestions.
