Pandora has been billing me $12.51 for the last 26 months for a "premium" account that i never approved and cannot seem to access.
when logging in using the gmail account associated with said subscription it said i didn't have a premium subscription. AND when going through the Google play store app that the payments were being made through (connected to paypal) --Pandora is not listed anywhere under subscriptions. YET according to my bank statement every month since Oct 2023 i have been billed $12.51 for a service I am not using and that even if i wanted to use cannot even seem to find.
I have deleted the account associated w my gmail in the hopes that will do anything though funny enough that makes it so i can't access this community post page lol. SO im back just to be able to share this experience. I have screenshots of all the payments and have tried to chatbot/email/call without ever getting any help just find myself in another loop.
I would like some help in being refunded the $12.51 i was charged for all the months I was not using your services (which i'm sure can be proven by the lack of activity on the account) and to cut ties with this company.
