The so-called solution you have offered is not effective. When your customers are providing feedback about an error made by your company, the proper response is NOT to ask your customer to do the work for you to solve it. Instead, your company should be doing their own research in to the problem and finding an ACTUAL solution. Just on this thread alone, I see a good number of users who are no longer Pandora listeners based solely on this issue. Why is this not higher on your "to do list"?? Why has no one on your internal IT team just created an option within the parameters of editing your personal profile where you can choose your preferred language and/or a toggle switch to turn on/off the option for ads in other languages or, the option to thumb down a particular ad to get a more tailored ad experience??
