I should not have to run into the kitchen to try to grab a screenshot of the 15 second ad before it moves on, and then look up where I'm supposed to send it, hoping someone will see it and update my account. You should take the time to add a 'language' datapoint. Assume everyone in America speaks English and then mark the ids of the accounts that prefer spanish and connect those ids with your advertisers who want to push Coke in Spanish. I am so ready to delete the app and my account to get away from the onslaught of the volume going up suddenly and someone hammering on in Spanish. Jars my ears, takes me away from the pleasantly peaceful experience of listening to calm music. If the app is clever enough to record multiple music preferences, it should be able to track a 1 or 0 for English vs Spanish. Is anyone there listening to your customers on this? It's all over google, with the same lame reply.
My ipad is playing Happy Radio and I am FLOODED today with spanish ads. I do not have the time or patience to figure out where to send the screen shots that I'm trying to run into the kitchen to grab. 2 out of 3 have a blank black screen. PLEASE just stop using advertisers who use spanish ads. Or record our actual language preference - should be easier than the algorithm set up to record our music preferences.... I'm ready to delete my account over this.
We should not have to send a screen shot anywhere. Just stop it. Finally deciding to just delete the app. You guys just don't get customer service. It's been months.
