When I say 'Hey, Google, play music' I have no idea what random station Google or Pandora are going to pick for me. But if the date and time helps you glean through millions of datapoints in your database to find who placed that ad I'll try. Of course, wouldn't it be easier to just adjust your query to all ads played for my account in the last week (or month or day, etc) and see which ones are in Spanish and who your client is that placed them? I say that as a web developer who knows it's pretty simple to query a database. Maybe nobody at Pandora has access to the database. In that case, again it would be simpler to ask your developers to add a field for language per customer rather than ask them for access to the whole thing.
