I'm just realizing the playlists are still missing. Turns out they only appear on my car when plugged in to my device. When my device isn't plugged into my car, only my recently played shows up. If I have 2 accounts, have I been paying for both? Or was one a free account? I'd like to keep the one with my playlists please. ... View more

I didn't know there was a difference. Why would there be two different appointments for the same thing? All I did was updated my payment method through the company that notified me that my payment failed. As soon as I updated my payment, I was charged automatically, which I don't like. ... View more

No access to Premium features after resubscribing

My subscription lapsed for one day. I paid the membership and two hours later, I still don't have access to premium features. The money came out of my account.
