It seems to be on Android only and only when using the notification bar music control.  It works on the iphone and on my car.  I unfortunately can't test it with my watch because it's Samsung and it won't allow me to control the music on the iphone.  I think it's safe to say it would work though because the music control on the iphone lock screen allows me to rewind to the last song of the playlist and it does not on my Android phone.  I would like to say it's my watch...but the phone itself also won't let me do it when on the lock screen. ...
