Troubleshooting on Apple Watch

I have an Apple Watch Series 7. I could go on Pandora on it and play music but now I cannot even open it. I deleted Pandora from my Apple Watch and redownloading it four times now and it's not even opening it. I turned my Apple Watch completely off twice now and is still doing the same. iOS: How to listen offline with Premium

I have Pandora Premium so that I can create playlists. I added a song to my playlist so that I can listen to it whenever I download it for offline. But whenever I go back to listen to it, it skips over it to the next song. It won't let me listen to it offline. Is there any way to download it so I can listen to it offline?
