Hi Tanner, I finally took A LOT of precious time to collect a lot of songs so I could shuffle them while offline, only to find out that they don't actually download, they just go in "my collection" which is not available offline. I now have to go one by one to download every song in my collection - say it isn't so! Isn't there a "download all" function? I hate to say this because I've been a Pandora member since 2010, but since switching to Premium, I've had nothing but issues and I'm ready to ditch this for another streaming service. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. We're headed out for a week long, offline, camping trip and I'd love to have some music to listen to! Thank you!
