Same issue here, but I have a Roku Ultra device, not a TV.  Was working the evening of July 25th.  July 26th It is asking for login and not accepting my credentials, which like you, work fine on this site.  I cannot get the Roku reconnected to Pandora.   Why doesn't Pandora provide a QR code for mobile login like every other app?   ...
