I'm having the same type of issue for some time now, very frustrating.  Sometimes it comes right back and says that, but usually after the music has been playing for 10-30 seconds, then Alex pops in and says I am having trouble playing, it finishes the song and then no more music.  Alexa and Phone are on the same wifi, no wifi or network issues but Pandora consistently has a problem with Alexa. ... I have the same type of issue, my Alexa TAP says, "Sorry, I am having trouble playing"  I don't have any problems from my phone on the same wifi or my computer, I don't have any issues with Spotify on my Alexa TAP, just Pandora. Seems Pandora's skills app has problems linking the account and streaming. ... View more
