I emailed amp support direct as we have the same problem, I have asked for confirmation that our artist who was recently in the top 100 thumbs chart at Pandora and number 1 at iTunes US Easy Listening Chart for 8 straight weeks and has been top 5 at iTunes US Easy Listening Chart for 3 months straight if they had been removed from their algo, this has previously happened to another 2 of our artists so I am aware of the cliff fall pattern in the stats, I received the usual copy and past response as follows............ Our editorial team regularly makes changes, and our recommendation algorithms continually evolve. Delivery of content to Pandora does not guarantee inclusion on Pandora stations, and inclusion or exclusion in programming can vary over time. Thank you for understanding. So if you are experiencing a cliff fall in your stats then it would appear to be highly likely that you have been dropped from their algo, so don't matter how successful you are, you can still have it destroyed by the algo here at Pandora, wishing all you artists the very best in what will be a stressful time
