I too am receiving a large number of my ads in Spanish. If there was a way to thumbs down at least then there could be feedback on whether an ad should be skipped in the future. There are a lot of ads out there. I have heard McDonalds in English and Spanish. I'm not saying this feature should decrease the number of ads, just filter ones we don't want to repeat.
