I have had the Premium service for a few years, this year I have numerous problems with it locking up. It will start playing and when I am driving it will not allow me to skip, restart or pause. The buttons gray out until the song is finished.  Sometimes it will play for an hour with no other issues,  sometimes it locks at start of next song.
