We have a premium family subscription, and my son’s collections randomly disappear. They usually come back after 4-5 days. This is becoming quite aggravating, and we are contemplating deleting because of it. He logs in on an iPhone X (Verizon), has done no upgrades (none due), has uninstalled and reinstalled the app, gets no error messages. This is a last ditch reach out for help before we leave.
