This problem remains.  The link provided by SheerID simply brings you back to the first page where it is asking you to upload your transcripts or student ID.  I have been verified, but there is something missing in the link between my approval and my account.  I've emailed support but it seems that this should probably be addressed so people aren't wasting their time looking through the forums only to find a relevant thread that is 6 years old with several other people experiencing the same issue 😞 ...
