When I'm driving with my Pandora on in the car, I can not safely keep an eye on the phone for the Are You Still Listening? message. I would suggest an audio notification by a voice or sound of approaching time out. In that way, the listener knows without seeing the phone screen. This is useful in the car or during exercise or at home in a different area than where the phone is.
