I am having this same issue with my newly purchased Echo Dot.  I tried through the iPhone app, and through the website both on Safari and Chrome.  When I finally could get through on Chrome, it said that using the Pandora app was no longer supported through browser and to use the app.  I just want to link my Pandora to my Echo!!!  It's the music service I use and like the best.  How can I get this to work??? ...
