I traveled to a country in which Pandora was not available, but then I returned to my home country, where Pandora is available. And yet Pandora kept staying in offline mode, saying it was not available in the current country, which was false. It stayed this way for 4 days. I tried rebooting the phone, and clearing the Pandora cache (and rebooting the phone). Nothing worked. So I finally had to uninstall the app, reboot, and reinstall it, losing any downloaded music in the process. This was quite annoying.
