I will give those troubleshooting steps a try.  Error code 3002 only occurs when I try to skip, hit next, on songs regardless if using mobile data or wi-fi. There are a couple of issues: 1) when using the app on my phone and connected to my car it skips and I have to reconnect it multiple times before it will stop. 2) shuffling songs, and skipping to the next song. The app frequently closes on me and I have to reopen it.  This one is the most frustrating. I also want to upgrade my plus membership to premium. I purchased the annual plus subscription last month and paid the full $54.89. When I go to my settings to upgrade to premium it does not reflect the remainder of my plus subscription. It charges me the full amount of an annual premium membership.
