I am experiencing this at work and cannot casually "reboot" the modem and router.  That would take internet down for all of staff. I have shutdown/rebooted my computer, however.  To no avail.   I should note that I can often try a few times and the music comes back.  It will disconnect me with the same message after a few songs. ...
