After doing some tinkering, the old Pandora One Mini PC Desktop app works just fine on Win 11. You will need the Adobe Air SDK from Harmon installed, you can get it hear: https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime . Then just copy the entire Pandora One folder from an old machine to your new machine.
