Same thing started happening to me several weeks ago after I upgraded my service to the premium family plan. I've got the same problem on both Chrome and Edge. I'm paying Pandora almost $200/yr...Pandora owes me some money. AND, when I try to contact support via eMail, I get a blank white screen w/a stupid chat box in the lower right corner...NOT any eMail support or eMail form fill. Nothing!
