"Something has gone wrong error" when upgrading

When trying to upgrade to premium I immediately receive the following error message when selecting the military option - "Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon." I have been trying to correct this with Pandora since February with no success.  This problem occurs on three different computers using either Chrome or Edge.
