I've had the same problem forever. It started when I upgraded from free to Premium. I "may" have solved this. At least, I solved it on my phone a minute ago. Unfortunately, because the problem went away I can't test it to be sure of exactly what I did but try this. I turned off wifi and cell on my iPhone. When I opened Pandora it asked me if I wanted to go into offline mode and I chose to do so and I think there was a refresh button at the top of the screen that I clicked. With the app still open, I turned wifi and cell back on and hit that refresh button again. I may have closed the app and opened it back up again but the problem is gone. I checked my settings and offline mode is currently off. If it happens again I'll test and repost.
