I have been having the same issue for weeks now. I listen on my samsung note 10+ and have service with AT&T. I have the pandora premium subscription through them as well. When I try to play certain songs, even ones that are downloaded it will say buffering under the title and then it will just skip to a new song and refuses to play it no matter how many times I try. ...
