Thank you for responding to my email question. I hope this message makes it to you. I was stumped for days, and honestly can't pinpoint how it was resolved, or I would pass on to you. I think - think, not sure - it had to do with a firefox update I had been ignoring. I tried so many different ideas, being certain which of them was the right one is not something I can prove. I wish you luck resolving. I believe being certain your browser is current may help. I have a MacBook Air, so my solution may not be yours in Windows. I was sad to lose my favorites for awhile.
