Hi Alyssa, Here is the info I think you were asking for: Model:  Galaxy S20 FE 5g Carrier: ATT Android version (Settings > About Phone): 11 Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):2112.1 currently, but problem exists for prior versions too Just to clarify, are you using the Sonos Controller app or the Pandora app? I am using the Pandora app to cast to the Sonos app (tried both S1 and S2 systems that I own). Pandora accessed through the Sonos apps works fine (ie no casting). Thanks Tom   ... View more

The button to initiate casting to Sonos S1 works occasionally, but ultimately fails. Casting to an S2 system is even less reliable. I've seen many many posts about this but nothing but boilerplate solutions (check version, etc). Isn't there any clear reason why this problem exists and some general fix available after all this time? Or even an explanation that we can use to solve our own problem? I'd love to subscribe to Pandora but this is a deal breaker. It works fine on Sp...fy so I am left to subscribe to them instead. ... View more
