I've been having the problem for years now (clearly considering the original date of post) and still no update or fix. Microsoft wants to blame pandora and pandora wants to blame Xbox. It's very frustrating. It's a conflict between pandora and your game music. That said, I have found a workaround that helps most of the time. Load pandora so it's icon appears on the left when you hit big x. Play pandora. Load your game. Hit the big x go to the pandora and hit x to pause it then x to unpause then you can go back to your game and it should be good there out. (You'll have to do this every time you play a new game)
