Hi, I saw these steps all listed on the community from a previous user and I am working with my wireless carrier as well. I have reinstalled Pandora and still have the issue skipping. I had new phone service with Verizon for about six months and never had one issue with this. It never skipped or anything and then one day it just started skipping in certain spots. Now Verizon is sending me a new phone to replace this one to see if that fixes it because they have tried everything else. They said that if this new phone does not fix it, they will send a technician to check the three towers near my home location. I don't think that's going to help, I think their network is just overcrowded because they have leased out too much space to other carriers and it is affecting my performance as a postpaid customer. I don't know if we can get this resolved but I'm willing to try so I'm going to restart my device now and I will let you know if the new device that arrives today makes any difference as well.
