Multifactor Authentication should be the baseline security standard for any account that may contain billing information. Please work to implement something that works with the big players like Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, and Authy. SMS and Email could be functional alternatives, but aren't as secure. Please help secure yourselves and your users. I work in cybersecurity and I really don't want to got through my morning news and exploit articles and read about account information being leaked because of a lack of security. I currently go through google to purchase my subscription because of the lack of security, but would be happy to go directly through Pandora if MFA were available.
