Nearly 7 years later and this is still a problem 🤦. I've been a supporter of Pandora since before smartphones were a thing. I've resisted the urge to switch to other platforms out of loyalty and appreciation for the method behind the service. Your app is garbage. It crashes constantly and my phone is always alerting me about it requesting to disable it due to instability. Now I can't even switch my payment method from PayPal without letting my subscription lapse. That's beyond annoying. You guys were among the first in the streaming music business, certainly the best of the early options. I don't know if it's laziness or resting on your laurels, but you've let things slip. Even your algorithm isn't working like it used to. The same songs keep popping up. "Thumbs up/down" does nothing. I get songs on my stations I know I've 👎 before and I have songs pop up without a 👍 that I know I've given a 👍 multiple times. I don't know why this stuff isn't being saved, but it's annoying. I've stuck by you guys because I have stations I've curated over more than a decade. I have stations I copied from my best friend who's no longer living and I'd lose access to if I left the platform.
