Same log in problem here. I used the website to listen to music, but it started asking for me to log in every day. Following troubleshooting steps, no change. Downloaded the Pandora app from Microsoft. Worked well for 1 day. The next day, it wanted me to log in again. Went through the troubleshooting steps again (reset app data & clear cache, restart).  With all the complaints, it's got to be something on your end.
