I also spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung. And after about two weeks they stated it was a Pandora issue. This was about six months ago. The problem has gone away and Pandora is working fine now.

I have no sound every now and then when using my Samsung smart tv. My model number is UN70TU6985FXZA. I bought this tv in Oct. 2021. The funny thing is the ads play reliably but the sound for the songs are interment.
