I am having a similar issue. Pandora won't connect to my kindle fire.  Model Fire 7 2019 9 generation Carrier I guess is Amazon Kindle fire  I access with Silk WiFi is spectrum  System version OS 7.3.2.2 Pandora version is 2203.1 I was told together an activation code. I have none. Pandora works on my old kids for with OS 5.7.00 through Silk. I get in to Pandora But get a message it can't connect.
