Hi, I have a question regarding my featured track. I was checking my stats, which didn't get updated for a few days. When I check my stats on the campaign page, it says I received 1.6M spins and a 52.1k% increase in the last 7 days. I was really happy seeing that one more song reached this milestone because I got my first million streams track last month. But when I checked the detailed page of this new song which I featured; it says I have received only 51.9k total spins so far. This is a huge difference in numbers.Also, for some days my stats didn't get updated. Very strange and curious to know did I actually get this numbers for this featured track? because my monthly Listner count didn't increased and life time streams stays the same at 2.4M.
Hey @ajbristo - Thanks for calling this out.
There was a known bug recently that was causing AMP data not to update. Some people may have experienced this in their daily stats not refreshing.
The good news is that the bug has been fix and the data is currently being backfilled. With that in mind, it may take some time for it all to get caught up.
In this case, I would give it a few more days and see if the numbers start to make more sense. If it still is not adding up, shoot us an email at amp-support@pandora.com next week and we can escalate it.

Hi, @ChrisPandora thank you for the information. I waited for a few days, but it still didn't add up. The campaign home page and the detailed analytics page show different numbers. My campaign has ended now but the numbers are not correct. I'll email the support team as you recommended.
@ajbristo - Thanks for sending that email our way. FWIW, our engineering team is aware of this specific data discrepancy for certain Featured Track campaigns. Hopefully they will figure out the cause of it and update the insights soon so you'll have a more accurate assessment of how your FT track performance truly was. We appreciate your patience 🌴
