On the other hand, I also think this is due to the massive amount of AI music being uploaded to all platforms. It has completely ruined the algorithm for many artists. Real artists who spend time and effort making songs are getting affected by this AI slop. Algorithms have changed drastically, and releases are getting delayed. If platforms gave priority to real human artists, I think these kinds of issues would be reduced significantly.

This issue started for me around the end of September last year. At first, I thought it was just an algorithm change affecting my account. My streams were averaging around 10,000 per day, but they suddenly dropped to 1,000, then to 500, and finally down to 250–300 streams per day. This has impacted my entire catalog ever since, resulting in a drastic 85% to 90% drop overall.Up until now, I haven't been able to find a fix. I did contact support last year regarding a featured campaign data error, but this issue is still there. I hope this can be fixed so that I can get my listeners back.

Facing same issue. My last song and the recent one is missing in pandora. First time facing this issue. I also use distrokid. DistroKid UPC: 882518373629 | DistroKid UPC: 883500571436 These are the songs. Support team please check. I get more issues after you introducing new AMP features.

Wow! It's great for artists. I had a great success last year with all the amp tools. It helped me reach more audiences, but recently I've faced some issues with the new tools. The new release says it is ineligible to be featured even though there are enough streams and thumbs up. I already raised this issue with support, and I know they will do their best to fix it. Sometimes the new releases don't pop up in the feature tab. It happened a couple of times for me. Maybe there is a bug. I wanted to check if anyone is facing the same issue or if it's only me. I hope they will fix these issues in future updates. Once again I thank Pandora for the incredible amp tools and the awesome support in helping music artists.

Hi, @ChrisPandora thank you for the information. I waited for a few days, but it still didn't add up. The campaign home page and the detailed analytics page show different numbers. My campaign has ended now but the numbers are not correct. I'll email the support team as you recommended.

Hi, I have a question regarding my featured track. I was checking my stats, which didn't get updated for a few days. When I check my stats on the campaign page, it says I received 1.6M spins and a 52.1k% increase in the last 7 days. I was really happy seeing that one more song reached this milestone because I got my first million streams track last month. But when I checked the detailed page of this new song which I featured; it says I have received only 51.9k total spins so far. This is a huge difference in numbers.Also, for some days my stats didn't get updated. Very strange and curious to know did I actually get this numbers for this featured track? because my monthly Listner count didn't increased and life time streams stays the same at 2.4M. I'm confused about which one is true. Did I actually received million streams for this song or it's a glitch (hope it's not )? I really need to check my actual stats and number of streams for this song. It's confusing and it's the first time in facing such issues. Curious to know is anyone facing such issues. The same thing happened to me. I know it's a big headache. I received $0.18, which is way less than what I usually receive from Pandora. I think the issue is with DistroKid. They give us such heart attacks with our royalties all the time. It happened to me in the past with Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora royalties. They say that they released everything, but they didn't. If you check "see excruciating detail," they would have released the royalties for only 100 or 200 streams. They normally update it again in 24 to 72 hours with the exact numbers. I think we will receive the remaining royalties soon. The "Good news" pop-up should appear again. This is based on my past experience with Distrokid. I hope I'll receive it soon. Going to wait for some time. Fingers crossed.

I'm facing this issue recently. I think it's a technical error. My songs have enough spins, but they don't come up when I search for them to feature. I had no problems in the past featuring the tracks, but in the last couple of months, I'm facing this issue. Especially for my new releases. I hope that pandora support team will fix it soon.

Yes.. That's what I thought. I contacted my distributor distrokid but no help.Their customer service is super bad . If possible please check with them because they always release the Pandora royalties late and blame Pandora for this.Think I have to wait and change the distributor soon. Same here.... Checked with my distributor and they said they have not received royalties from Pandora for the month of August 2024 . Once Pandora release the royalty they will report it. Standard distrokid reply.... Pandora is quick in releasing the royalties... May be delay from distribution side... happened to me before..Should wait and see...

Hi! It's happening again. My lifetime streams are not getting updated for past 1 week.Im able to check my daily stats but overall streams and other metrics are not updating. I faced same issue last month. I hope this will be fixed soon. Thank you.
