Hi, I have a question regarding my featured track. I was checking my stats, which didn't get updated for a few days. When I check my stats on the campaign page, it says I received 1.6M spins and a 52.1k% increase in the last 7 days. I was really happy seeing that one more song reached this milestone because I got my first million streams track last month. But when I checked the detailed page of this new song which I featured; it says I have received only 51.9k total spins so far. This is a huge difference in numbers.Also, for some days my stats didn't get updated. Very strange and curious to know did I actually get this numbers for this featured track? because my monthly Listner count didn't increased and life time streams stays the same at 2.4M. I'm confused about which one is true. Did I actually received million streams for this song or it's a glitch (hope it's not )? I really need to check my actual stats and number of streams for this song. It's confusing and it's the first time in facing such issues. Curious to know is anyone facing such issues. Hi! Any idea when the royalty from Pandora will be released for the month of May 2024? I used to receive the royalties in the first week of every month. Compared to other services, Pandora used to report royalties quickly. I was hoping it would be released last month, but still, it is not reflecting. Hey !  "You’ve been added to Pandora Radio, and new AMP features are now available" I received this email 1 month ago. I'm still waiting for the access. I have no new features available on my Pandora AMP. Support is also not replying to me. It's been almost a month now. I got radio access but when I checked my profile there is no access for radio play. Campaign feature access is also not available even though I received the email saying that I have those access now. Can you please check it for me at least here. Pandora helped me a lot in the past but this situation is making me upset!!! Feels like you're ignoring my emails. Always bot says 48hours.
