I've been a Pandora artist for many years and have accumulated millions of streams on the platform. Historically, Pandora AMP has been very reliable for me, which is why this recent issue has been concerning.
Over the past several months, I've experienced multiple instances where my AMP statistics stopped updating altogether. While the data has eventually caught up in some cases, it has made it difficult to accurately monitor performance, listener engagement, and the effectiveness of promotions.
More recently, I've noticed that my catalog is no longer updating correctly. New releases and catalog changes are not appearing as expected, despite being live and available through distribution.
As an independent artist, accurate catalog information and analytics are critical. They influence promotional decisions, release planning, audience tracking, and revenue forecasting. When catalog information or analytics stop updating, it becomes difficult to understand how music is actually performing on the platform.
What stands out to me is that this has now happened multiple times. With millions of streams accumulated over the years, this is not something I've previously encountered on Pandora.
I'm curious whether other artists are currently experiencing:
• Delays in stream reporting
• Artist profile content not refreshing
I've seen a few recent discussions regarding AMP data issues, so I'm wondering whether this may be part of a broader platform issue or something specific to certain artist accounts.
